Erin is a PA licensed Notary and Title Agent.

Samantha Rowland

 Samantha is a dedicated account manager at French Creek Settlement Services, known for her strong work ethic and commitment to client, lender, and realtor satisfaction. She also leads the Brand Development Department, consistently creating engaging events for the real estate community. A licensed PA Notary and Title Agent, Samantha lives in Erie with her husband and daughter.

 Samantha is the Co-Founder, Processor, and Director of Marketing at FCSS. She began her career in 2010 managing a real estate appraisal office and transitioned to full-time sales in 2017. A licensed PA Realtor, Notary, and Title Agent, she brings energy and marketing expertise to make information easily accessible. 

Nathan Shontz

 Nathan Shontz, Co-Founder and Co-Owner of FCSS, brings over a decade of real estate and management experience. Active in the community, he serves on a joint authority board for Union Township and Union City Borough. A licensed Realtor and Title Agent, Nathan enjoys R&D and marketing, aiming to streamline the settlement process. He also hosts The Life That Real Estate Built podcast.
