Megan Peck, Co-Owner, and COO of FCSS, isn't sure how her biography is going to assist homebuyers in the title market, as everyone knows that it's all about personality! So, she brings personality along with being part detective, part historian, part puzzle-solving Pennsylvania Licensed Title Agent. Megan is known for diving deep into records of property history ensuring real estate transactions close on time. Megan is naturally curious by nature, and working as a detective to follow all the links in the chain of title keeps her amused. Megan quickly and efficiently compiles details from multiple sources and puts them into a complete package for a clear title. Megan is meticulous in her review and drafting of real estate documents. Her tenacity, respect for others, servant attitude, and integrity drive her in her daily work. Megan’s motto in life is “get it done”. As Co-Owner and COO, it is Megan's mission to be the leading provider of real estate transactions, while operating with the highest ethical standard, integrity, and professionalism and exceeding homebuyers' expectations through remarkable service. Megan graduated from Erie Business Center with an associate degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Paralegal in 2010. She has been a Paralegal since 2010, working in various legal practice areas. She has focused on the Real Estate industry since 2016. Megan has been, and continues to serve, as an Erie County Pennsylvania Notary Public, since 2017. In 2018, Megan became a Licensed Title Agent and continues to serve the community in this capacity. In 2022, French Creek Settlement, LLC became a Resident Title Agency! In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her ever-growing children and wonderful husband in Fairview, PA. Nathan Shontz, Co-Owner & Co-Founder of FCSS brings with him his 10+ years in real estate experience as well as his management skills. Nathan is actively involved in the community and sits on a joint authority board for Union Township and Union City Borough and enjoys research and development & marketing. He hopes to implement his know-how to provide a more effortless system for all parties involved in the settlement process. Nathan resides in Union City with his two sons, Everett (9) and Klein (1) & puppy Graham. Nathan is a licensed PA Realtor.
Samantha is the Co-Founder, processor, and Director of Marketing for FCSS. Samantha started her career off in 2010 managing a busy real estate appraisal office and moved into full time sales in 2017. Samantha is also actively involved in her community and serves as Zoning Hearing Board Chairwoman & is involved in downtown development organizations. She hopes to bring enthusiasm to the FCSS team and utilize her marketing skills to provide easily accessible information. Samantha resides in Union City with her two sons, Everett (9) and Klein (1) & puppy Graham. Samantha is a licensed PA Realtor.
Ryan received his undergraduate degree in Finance & Investment Management from Duquesne University and his J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law. He has been a member of the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing since graduating law school in 2011. Ryan’s early career consisted of work as a general manager in the manufacturing sector and contract negotiation for General Electric’s global supply chain. His legal background is diverse in handling a wide array of complicated cases, which include 11+ years of experience representing clients in the field of residential and commercial real estate transactions. Ryan is an active member of the community and currently sits on the Board of Directors for Community Shelter Services in Erie, PA.
